The privacy of member's personal information is important to us. We are committed to respecting your right to privacy and protecting your personal information. We are bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Australian Commonwealth) and any relevant Health Privacy Principles under State legislation 1, as well as other applicable laws and codes affecting your personal information.
Collecting your personal information
If you have made inquiries, or have become a member accessing a course, product or service from BSI Method which includes Performance Optimization, Rainmeker SEcrets and other courses as felt necessary by Glen Campbell we will collect and hold your personal information for the purposes of:
- providing you with the relevant information, courses, products or services
- managing and administering the courses, products or services
- administering individual memberships
- contacting the user when needed
- protecting against fraud.
The information collected may include your name, postal or email address, health information or other information BSI Method considers necessary. We will only collect your personal information from you. This will happen when you fill out a form on the website or become a member to access a course, product or service from BSI Method and the financial information collected during the payment of monies for membership such as a credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge the customer for the course, product or service they are being provided. It will never be given to any third party (other than the credit card authorization center).
We may use your personal information to let you know about, and develop, courses, products and services from BSI Method that might better serve your professional, financial and lifestyle needs or promotions or other opportunities in which you may be interested. For example, we may do this after an initial marketing contact. You can contact us at any time if you no longer wish us to receive this information (see Contacting Us below). This website also provides various opt-out functions, newsletters and emails to its members. Members can unsubscribe from these newsletters or emails at their own will.

We use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities, providing member service and making available other items and services to our members and prospective members. Higher Self Alliance and BSI Method will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection. We may disclose information when legally (Crown Law) compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law (Crown or Universal Law) requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless strictly compelled to do so by Crown and Universal Law. We will use your e-mail address solely to provide timely information about BSI Method or Higher Self Alliance. We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable Crown or Universal Law.
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mail sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.
Choice / Opt-Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail they receive from us at any time. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.
